Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully disassemble your furniture if necessary and place the items back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule Pickup

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or contact our support team to schedule a freight pickup for oversized furniture items.
